TRAINING ACTIVITIES The main objective of the training activities is; to increase the individual capacities, participatory values and awareness of Turkish and Greek Youths regarding Youth Employment and Multicultural Policies of the EU, European Values and Priorities and “European Citizenship”.
4 days training will be given to 4 groups, each group is consist of 25 people. Consequently 200 young people can benefit from these trainings in Turkey and Greece (100 people in Turkey and 100 people in Greece).
Youth Trainings Training programme for Youth will contain 3 Modules which are designed in determinated dimensions ;
MODULE 1: European Values, Priorities and Youth Policies of the EU in relation with the Employment Problematic and Multiculturalism (Focus on the Level of knowledge) DIMENSION 1: European Values and Priorities (Lisbon Strategy and Cohesion Policy) DIMENSION 2: EU and National Youth Policies (White Paper, Youth Pact, etc.) DIMENSION 3: Youth Employment Policies and EU Youth&Educational Programmes and Projects DIMENSION 4: Multiculturalism
MODULE 2: Good Citizenship Concept (Focus on the Prejudicies and EU Citizenship concepts) DIMENSION 1: Citizenship Concept (its evolution, rights and responsibilities) DIMENSION 2: European Citizenship & Good Citizenship DIMENSION 3: Environmental Competence
MODULE 3: Individual Development Programme (Focus on Self-confidence)
7 sub-modules will be given within the framework of this Programme: Business etiquette, Communication skills, Creating presentations, Interviewing tips and techniques, Negotiating skills, Public speaking and Running meetings.
SUSTAINABILITY ACTIVITIES
1.
Within the scope of Establishment of an E-Dialogue, a permanent cooperation between Youth NGOs from EU and Candidate Countries is aimed to be maintained. This E-Platform provides a space for organisations to develop sustainably, and offers strategic support for capacity building, networking and the dissemination of good practice to build a strong and united youth movement in the EU. It empowers youth to come together and build independent, democratic and representative associations. It will be a place for debate, which leads to the elaboration of policies, and positions, which are based on the opinions, experiences and expertise of young people from all over Europe.

Within the scope of Lobbying Activities, it is aimed to make a permanent change/reformation in the system through making amendments in relevant regulations and directives.
DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES By the dissemination activities, EU values, priorities, youth policies and multiculturalism and the European and Active Citizenship concepts will be visible and a public awareness on securing Youth rights and mechanisms will be created.

Web-Page Formation: Project presentation, recent developments regarding the EU and the news from the STEP project will be included to this virtual platform. There will be also the links of the partner organizations. An e-mail group will be added to the E-Dialogue on this web-page and a permanent dialogue will thus be established. By the web-page of the Project, member NGOs of the E-Dialogue will have the opportunity to present themselves.

Organizing an International Conference: A One-full day International Conference will be held in İstanbul by the attendance of 100 foreseen participants .
